1.General
By visiting or using the services of Vedhas Refinery Beauty Lounge, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or availing any service.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation message from our team.We recommend booking bridal and premium services at least 2–4 weeks in advance.Walk-in clients are welcome subject to availability.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.Rescheduling is allowed once per booking without any charge if intimated 24 hours in advance.Bridal bookings require a non-refundable advance payment to confirm the slot.
4. Payments
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or card at the salon.Advance payments made for bridal or package bookings are non-refundable unless the service is cancelled by Vedhas Refinery.Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.
5. Service Policy
We reserve the right to decline services if a client has a skin condition, allergy, or health issue that may be affected by the treatment.Clients are advised to inform our staff of any known allergies or sensitivities before any service begins.Results of treatments may vary based on individual hair and skin type.Vedhas Refinery is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.
6. Bridal Services
Bridal bookings require a confirmed advance payment to block the date.Trial sessions are charged separately unless included in the package.The salon is not responsible for delays caused by the client arriving late on the wedding day.Any changes to the bridal package must be communicated at least 7 days before the event.
7. Children & Guests
Children below 10 years must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.For the comfort of all clients, we request guests accompanying clients to wait in the designated waiting area.
8. Personal Belongings
Vedhas Refinery is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, jewellery, or clothing during your visit.Please keep your valuables secure at all times.
9. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during booking (name, phone, email) is used only for appointment management and communication.We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.Photos taken during bridal or makeover sessions may be used for our portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise.
10. Photography & Social Media
Vedhas Refinery may photograph or video services (especially bridal and makeover sessions) for promotional use.If you do not wish to be featured, please inform our team before the session begins.Clients are welcome to share their experience and tag us on social media.
11. Feedback & Complaints
We value your feedback. Any complaints must be raised at the salon on the day of service or within 24 hours.We will do our best to address all concerns promptly and professionally.
12. Changes to Terms
Vedhas Refinery reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
